menores\u201d (RES ALIMENTARIA) tiene como objetivo principal elaborar una edici\u00f3n cr\u00edtica biling\u00fce y comentada de los autores fragmentarios griegos (conservados en fuentes griegas o latinas) que se hayan ocupado de los alimentos desde el punto de vista m\u00e9dico\/diet\u00e9tico o gastron\u00f3mico, y que carezcan de edici\u00f3n propia hasta la fecha. Al mismo tiempo, pretende contribuir de un modo general a los estudios sobre diet\u00e9tica y culinaria en la Grecia antigua.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
